Nara Sake Bar Drop

An unusually green teardrop-shaped lantern from a sake bar in Nara’s Naramachi district. Green lanterns are exceptionally rare — most shops preferred red or white. The owner reportedly chose green to honor the sacred deer of Nara Park visible from his doorstep.
